Attention Florida Dog Lovers!

Speaking of dogs, a good friend of mine in Florida works with a dog rescue group, and recently wrote to see if I could help with a few dogs that are in desperate need of a new home. I know this is a NY blog, but we’ve got readers all over the place, and after our wild success finding owners for Penelope in Washington D.C., maybe we can help these two guys find a new home too!

Tango:

Tango3

“Tango is a 1 year old, neutered black mouth cur for adoption. Fully vaccinated and up to date on all heartworm and flea preventative and wormer! Tango is heartworm negative. We have invested several hundred dollars into Tango’s medical costs alone, but his adoption donation is only $85. His brother, Cash, was recently adopted and is doing really well with his new person. He has proven himself to be extremely smart and easy to train!”

Carla:

carla

“Carla is super special and one of my favorites. She is 5-7 years old and spayed. She is a gentle, loving, sweet girl. She is a couch potato companion, with a huge heart and kind, gentle, loving spirit. Carla needs an adult home where she is the only dog (she will tolerate cats). She does not like loud noises, she is nervous of very young children and larger/high energy dogs. She just wants to snuggle with you, watch movies all day and be your personal protector. She is housebroken and does not chew! She is up to date on her vaccinations, heartworm, flea preventative and wormer. Her adoption fee is only $35 to a loving, permanent home.”
