Staying Together on Division

Sorry in advance for the cuteness factor, but I couldn’t resist taking pictures of these two stray cats down on Division Ave & Kent Ave in Williamsburg. Everywhere they went, they walked side by side, practically pressed up against each other.

I wish I had a few more to show how unwilling to separate they were, but they didn’t seem to like being photographed, so I left them alone.

  2. They really are very cute!! I wish they had a home with nice soft beds to sleep on. I love how they’re almost joined at the hip 🙂

  3. I don’t know about their dislike for pictures.. they seem to be posing just for the camera in that last adorable shot! 🙂

  4. They seem to be girls, I zoomed in for a look *blush* possibly litter sisters. Famale cats living rough will tend to stay together and help out caring for each others kittens etc.
Lovely pictures, wouldn’t it be great if someone could home them both together. Although they may not take to the idea and maybe best left alone.

  5. Calicos are almost always female and like Sueper said, they’re both females and most likely littermates. This is adorable! I wish I lived in New York so I could take them in!

  6. I believe they share a liver, and no matter which way they’re facing, the one on the left is named Oscar.

  7. This is absolutely adorable, its so nice to see any two creatures bond 🙂
